Affiliate Plan is born of the idea to help others, as
I was helped, by realizing the value of having a
"blueprint for affiliate marketing success".
Working for years as a manager in a retail
environment teaches you a lot. Mainly that I didn’t
like retail. I do thoroughly enjoy interacting with
people and helping them come to a purchasing
decision that enriches their lives with pleasure,
comfort, necessity, status, or whatever it is they
are looking to fulfill.
I parted ways with my last retail managerial position thinking to myself
"are you crazy?" As far as retail went this was an excellent position, the
hours and pay ranking with the best I'd had. I was very much wondering
what was I going to do?
I was lazing around mulling over the future and petting my dog (Djakarta)
when the thought "do what you love and the money will come" popped into my
head. H'mm , I've always enjoyed my computer and selling why not combine
the two?
Sadly, I must admit it wasn't magic, there were a lot of failures along the
way. The best advice to pass on was what I followed myself, don't give up if
you do not succeed the first several tries. That is why so many do not succeed!
Believe me, I know it is easy to become discouraged. Many great historical
figures advise to not give up, every failure is an education to build from.
